1. I am amazed at how attached and invested I am with these kids when I have know them just over 2 weeks. It really happens fast. I already know quite a bit about them, yet still I know so little. I'm also amazed by how quickly they have come together as a group, and how they already know and follow all the routines of the day.
2. How do I help the two or three kids who just can't focus when I have a classroom full of other kids to worry about too?
3. I'm anxious about the parent meeting we have scheduled Monday morning with a student who has some home issues and is struggling academically.
4. I'm excited to observe some other classrooms this week.
